Hi I’m looking for a female roommate to take over my and my roommate’s lease in West Covina!

-Rent for small room w/shared bathroom: $890 + utilities (varies by month)

-Rent for Master Bedroom: $1,230 + utilities

-Apartment complex in West Covina (The Verandas), safe neighborhood with several grocery stores, restaurants, and easy freeway access. Around 5-10 mins to cpp.

-Move in date is August 15th the latest, if you wish to move in early prorated rent applies

-Needs to be approved by complex’s management

-Small room can come furnished (bed, desk, chair, nightstand, lamp, fan) for an extra $150.

Other amenities

-Gated community and parking ($50 monthly split among 3 roommates)

-complex has a pool, gym, and multiple laundry rooms

-3 mins away from Eastland Center

-Not rented by a landlord so all house rules are decided between roommates
