Hi,

My name is Tucee and I am a proud southern belle. After years of traveling for work and post-secondary education pursuits, I am returning to the South to settle down. I lived in Charlotte for 4 years while an undergrad student at JCSU and loved it. I just obtained my 3rd and final degree (MBA) and thus, want to return to the city to to start my post-MBA career. I am seeking temporary housing to help with this transition. Basically, I need somewhere to stay until I secure permanent housing.

Ideally, I prefer month-to-month renting. However, I am open to 3 to 6-month leases for great units. I am seeking a unit where the rent includes all utilities and I will have my own private bathroom. I would prefer that the housing has W/D in-unit or on-site. If you have a full in-law suite (meaning one with a full kitchen), I would love that as I am open to securing this type of housing as permanent housing. I lived in University City and enjoyed that area. However, I will consider all safe neighborhoods in the city. I'll even consider near Suburbs like Matthew, NC. I have a car but would like the housing to be easily accessible via public transportation as well.

I am mature, clean, and respectful. I mostly keep to myself while focusing on achieving my goals during the week. I am seeking a host who is just as chill, clean, and respectful. If your unit sounds like a perfect match, please reach out. I'm hoping to relocate in November 2023.
