Hello! I am looking to share an apartment/house with a group.

I am 25. I am female/enby identifying (afab) looking for only female household. I am fully vaxed with my booster. I'm fine with sharing a bathroom, as long as it's clean. I have no issues with keeping common spaces clean.

I'm looking for a 3 months lease. $850 budget. I have 700+ credit, a year's worth in savings and will be getting a job as soon as I get to LA and move in. I can provide proof of savings. I will be focused on work as I run a side gig as an artist as well.

I don't have pets. I don't smoke anything. I barely drink. I'm quiet and people say I'm very pleasant to live with (I can provide references of former roommates if needed.)

My interests: I work in the graphics/print field so I’m very into aesthetics and media. I also love nature, dystopian anime, and esoteric philosophy. I’m always down for a good movie night or TTRPG one-off. I dabble in the tech world. I love cats.
