Looking for someone to fill my spot in a month to month apartment asap by April 1st!!!! The room is unfurnished, but is a great size with wood floors and bathroom attached. There is laundry in unit! I currently have a cat, so it can be pet friendly, you would just need to clarify your situation with the current tenants. The people who currently live here is 3 in total, one female in the master, and a couple in the next room. They are all easy-going and friendly, all they require is to be respectful and reliable.
