We have 1 bedroom available for rent in our Sunnyvale 4 bedroom home. Looking for a clean, conscientious working professional that can get along well with the 3 current roommates. (males 20s-30s)
The room: 10x10ft unfurnished room that just got a fresh coat of paint. Closet doors are currently off but are available. Bathroom is shared with two other roommates.
The house: 1,691 square feet located in the Ponderosa Park neighborhood. Large kitchen, with dishwasher, and plenty of common area space. Good sized backyard with garden. Garage available for additional storage. Washer and dryer in house. Plenty of street parking available. Sorry no pets 🙁
The lease: You will be taking over the lease for this bedroom. The monthly rent is $940, plus utilities (water, PG&E, WiFi, Garbage - split 4 ways). The room is available starting October 1st. You will be written as an addendum to the current lease, which ends in May, with possibility of renewal.

We respect each others private spaces but do enjoy hanging out in common areas, occasionally sharing a dinner or a drink.
