Are you looking for a living situation in Eugene, Oregon? I’m an artist and I am seeking roommates to share my home at 2939 Maranta Street Eugene, OR
Rooms: Three rooms available for rent in a house built in 1971. 1/3 acre lot, center of cul-de-sac.
Shared Spaces: Entry space, one bathroom and a small kitchen (limited space for groceries and dishes).
My Space: I have a private area with my own bathroom and laundry room access—coordinate with me for laundry use.
Outdoor Perks: Large backyard with a 12x20 stone patio, fire pit, covered porch, 8-foot privacy fence, sitting bench, and garden area.
Parking: No garage, but plenty of parking space.
Yard Care: Service every other week; I handle landscape design.
About Me and My Pets:
Me: I’m an artist who makes music and plans to invest in soundproofing and home upgrades. I have autism/Aspergers, survived drowning, and live off SSDI. Lifestyle: Christian, conservative, health oriented, and quiet to myself.
Pets: Two dogs (Gingerbread, 4-year-old pit terrier mix, 60 lbs; Reiki, 3-year-old lab/Pyranese mix, 80 lbs). Both are sweet and loving. They have been around children and cats and do well with them.
House Rules:
No Smoking or Alcohol: This is a non-smoking, non-alcoholic home.
Pets: I am open to an idea, but there are 2 large dogs here already, thank you for your understanding.
Rent: Due before the 7th of each month (first full week to pay). Month-to-month agreement with a security deposit for damages and last month’s rent.
Location:
Neighborhood: North Eugene / Santa Clara cul-de-sac.
Notable Nearby: Parks, Jerry’s Home Improvement, Santa Clara Square (Albertson’s, etc.), Fred Meyer, Eugene Airport, Northwest Expressway, Beltline and much more.
Distance: 45 minutes to the coast, 15 minutes to downtown Eugene.
Quirk: Occasionally smells like Attunement Foods (awesome). Railroad and lumber yard noise.

Utilities: Internet, electricity, and water included in rent.
Future Plans: I’m working to modernize the house and boost energy efficiency.
