About Me

I’m a 24-year-old software developer working full-time in Ottawa. I’m tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m usually around in the evenings, but I’m happy to give people their space. I like a home that feels comfortable and relaxed, somewhere you actually want to come back to after work. I’m big on clear communication: if something’s bugging either of us, we just talk about it. Open to friends and friends-of-friends. Message me and we can grab a coffee or do a quick viewing.

About me
I’m a 24-year-old software developer working full-time in Ottawa. I keep a clean, quiet-ish home, I’m respectful of shared spaces, and I’m around in the evenings but not in your business. I’d like the place to feel comfortable and easy to live in, not just a spot to sleep.

Who I’m looking for
Someone clean, considerate and communicative, ideally a working professional or grad student. Friends and friends-of-friends are very welcome. I’d like to meet over a coffee or a quick viewing first so we can both see if it’s a good fit.

Move-in: flexible - anytime between November to Feb
