Available starting May 1st 2020 – (Furnished room)
Rent is $600 + $150 for utilities which covers: TV(60+channels), Hulu, Netflix, Internet, Electric, Water, onsite Washer/Dryer and Yard Maintenance. The rooms come furnished with a queen memory foam bed, desk, and 55 inch TV.

I own several properties in Dallas and am looking for a roommate between the ages of 25-35 who is outgoing, friendly, and respectful to rent one of the rooms in Plano. I have been renting rooms for over 5 years and can provide multiple references / recommendations from prior and current roommates who have all enjoyed their time here and the benefit of a great house at low cost.

I offer month-to-month lease agreements as I understand life changes and I do not want to penalize someone for that. Although it is month-to-month nearly all roommates stay for more than several years due to the great value comparison to renting a 1-bedroom apartment.
