Fidel O - $1,200/month

My name is Fidel. I am Criminal Justice Researcher and part-time grad student at John Jay College. I was also born and raised in Queens.
For work, I am on a hybrid work schedule and want to have a short commute (Max ~45 min). I typically keep to myself, but I want to use the roommate experience to make new friends. My hobbies/interest are movies/tv, Economics/Politics (on the left 🌹), hiking, and football. I am looking to join an existing lease, but nothing shorter than six months or start a new lease with 2 to 3 other guys. My preferred areas are Astoria, Sunnyside, and Woodside. My budget for a room is $1200 per month max. I don’t mind pets. My family owns a dog and I’d like for her to stay every once in a while, but not a must.
