I am a very fitness focused- homeowner with a 7year old pup who is my life. I work Monday- Friday and workout twice a day. I am a triathlete and love weight training my family room/ basement on my own. I am clean, organized, a non-smoker, drinker- and no drugs. I can handle a roommate/ tenant that smokes- OUTSIDE- away from the house (and does not litter); and I do not care if you drink or smoke/ vape marijuana (again- away from house). NO other narcotics.
I like to be social with my roommate/ tenant and also need my time to myself.
I respect your space and ask likewise. Mature tenant only. No drama. No cats.

SHOWING INPERSON -Per appointment. Furnished spare bedroom available in Aurora- close to Lowry. (between- Mississippi/ Havana & Mississippi/ Peoria) I am asking $900 per month- it is furnished including bed, dresser, nightstand and a small refrigerator too. - Wifi, trash and utilities included. House is a Tri-Level- 3 bedrooms- 1.5 bathroom house. I would prefer NON-smokers- but if you do smoke- must be outside AWAY from the house- and NO LITTERING. We share front- “record room”- and kitchen and sunroom and great backyard with patio furniture, hammock and grill. I also have a downstairs with the half bath and office with a treadmill and I use my family room for my workouts (I am a fitness junkie)- Laundry is available. Parking is easy on the street. I have a dog that is my baby girl (Sheppard/ Whippet)- obsessed with fetching and sleeps with me and is my life and I also have a Toad (yes a toad) that should not bother you but is interesting?!
