I am married but my wife is living in Texas for school over the next 2 years, so we are doing a long distance relationship until either I can move to Texas for work or until she is done with school.

2 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 2 Story Apartment with Detached Garage
This apartment is ~1,000 sq-ft, is two stories, and shares only one wall. The downstairs bathroom is a half bath, while the two rooms upstairs each have their own sink but a shared toilet and shower in between the rooms. About 1 mile to the beach - very walkable to many places.
The complex has a detached garage for each unit, of which most neighbors have used to create hobbyist spaces since parking in the neighborhood is so easy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
The unit also has a small "backyard" area with a couple of chairs, a planter, and some fake grass.
I have already furnished all the shared living spaces, and have been using the second bedroom as storage and extra desk space, but would move everything out prior to roommate moving in (unless they wanted to borrow things like the desk). I also have an electronic piano and a good sized TV hanging from the wall in the living room.
