This thing really doesn't let you get specific lol . The rent is half plus half utilities it's a 2 bedroom 2 bath so you get one bed one bath you need to apply at the office cause you'd be on the lease .we are a 54 m 45 f married cpl no pets ,non smokers ,drink very rarely ,no drugs we are avid gamers to the point the dining area has a breakfast bar type table with stools against one wall and our gaming rigs /desks on other livingroom is 3 recliners and 65" tv we're into horror,syfy,comedy etc.. anime fans as well .the complex has a pool and gym and is walking distance to grocery altho we use delivery and many bars, restaurants .we do req your half of rent a few days before the first so we can go to bank and get the cashier's check I'm old fashioned and don't care for the portal lol rather give them something tangible I can trace if need be . We set the summer thermostat to 69 so power is a lil high during the summer bout 170-230 but winter it runs 60-85 cause rarely run the heat it's ya it never usually gets cold . We prefer if guest spends the night it's no more than once a week and no moving a bf/gf in sorry past problems with this ,food wise you buy your we buy ours we don't eat each other's stuff unless like making a meal and it's offered . No parties ,prefer no company past 11pm on Fri ,sat,sun,as wife works early . On the nights she doesn't we are night owls up till 2-4am but even living here no roommate we're quiet if wife has TV up to loud all you need do is ask to turn down no probs .we rarely if ever have guests but we are on world of Warcraft,guild wars 2 alot but we use headsets so as not to disturb anyone watching TV
