Hi! I’m a single mom living at home with my 2 year old daughter, I just started a new career as a real estate agent, my daughter goes to daycare Monday -fri during the day and I’m usually gone most of the day running errands or working ! The room I have avali is currently furnished but the furniture can be moved into the garage, I have one extra garage parking spot and storage space in the detached 3rd car garage ! The mini master bedroom is downstairs by the front door has a private spa like bathroom! (I’m getting a quote on putting a private outdoor entrance ) There’s an extra storage closet located right out side the bedroom door and also extra storage cabinets In the bathroom, I am a very clean person the house is mostly always clean even with a 2 year old ! My daughter is very chill so the house isn’t chaos and loud all the time! We like to spend most of the time after dinner upstairs anyway ! Lease doesn’t have to be anything long term I would like to do at least 3 months and then month to month after that! This is a gated new modern community I think you would love !
