Hello, I hope you're doing well!

My name is Connor, an independent, live in landlord whose job it is to make sure my tenants stay is safe, clean, and peaceful. I have two types of rooms for rent at early bird prices: Some $600 dollars a month with a shared bathroom, and one for $1,000 a month with a private bathroom. The house is located in Skyline, a neighborhood in Mesquite, Dallas, Texas.

-Rooms are $600 a month for a shared bathroom or $1,000 a month for a room with a private bathroom.
-Deposit amount of $100 to be returned to you when you move out.
-Room is fully furnished with minifridge
-Utilities and internet included.
-Washer and dryer available on property.
-40+ and students welcome.
-Couples ok for an extra $100 a month.
-We can only have one cat or dog at the house, so it's first come first served for people with pets.
-Guests welcome, as long as they aren't too loud and pick up after themselves.
-House is located less than 5 minutes from the freeway.
-Smoking is ok, as long as it's outside it's none of my business.
-Leases will start month-to-month, but after three months we can move to a three month lease.
