MASSIVE Central Park West Apt w/MOVIE THEATRE!!

Easygoing entrepreneur in search of roommate for an ASAP move-in, longer term the better.  No lease needs to be signed if you'd rather not, would just need 2 month's notice of leaving to get deposit back.  Utilities are usually around $100 so I can charge a flat $1400. Can either be furnished or unfurnished.

The apartment is a 1600 sq ft converted 3BR, 2 bath at 87th and Central Park West. It takes up the entire 2nd floor of the brownstone and you only have to walk up one flight of stairs, not an exhausting 4th/5th floor walkup.  It's literally 200 feet to the B/C train, down the block from the 1 train, and Central Park is basically our backyard.  

The bedroom is 14' x 6.5' with a 12' ceiling which helps it to feel bigger. Everyone I've shown it to in the past has said it looks bigger in person. The walls are beautifully wood-paneled and you look out onto a classic brownstone street.  It can fit a full mattress comfortably, A/C will be provided.  

The kitchen is a decent size with dishwasher, granite counters, a built-in microwave, and plenty of cabinet space.

The living room is a massive 20' x 20' with 12 foot ceilings so it's perfect for the occasional get together.  To back up that movie theatre claim...you'd be welcome to use the projector I set up in the living room which shoots a 15' wide image on the wall, it's glorious especially during these times and don't worry, headphones are easy to use so sound is never a problem.  There's also pretty great storage space in the common area.  We have a 48" smart TV and a Poland Spring water cooler.
