Hey! My husband and I (23 & 20) are looking to split a 2x2 apartment in Westchase in early January or February. Rent is $770 per person, not including utilities which will be split. To be safe I’d estimate on the high end for a total of $960.
The community has a pool, co-working lounge, and 24 hour gym.

No pets preferred, but we can discuss if you have a (house trained) small & friendly dog, or chill and friendly cat! 🙂
