Looking for someone to take over my room inside a 2bed/2bath condo in Central Austin area. The room is a spacious, tall ceilings, private bathroom, walk in closet and can be unfurnished ( or I can leave my bed and TV for free). Shared spaces. include living room and kitchen. The living room is unfurnished so you can decorate how you would like. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Very quiet building mostly families and a few students. There is 3 parking spaces reserved for us. One for you, one for roommate and one visitor parking. Current roommate doesn't have a car so they are all open for use. Great if you like having friends over. Location: it is very close to UT west campus walking distance and about a 5-10 minute drive downtown. About the roommate: She is a working professional in her mid 20's that works in software engineering, enjoys working out, super sweet, hardly ever has people over, also very clean and organized. She is respectful of your space and also likes to socialize.
