Lakewood Housemate Wanted

Housemate wanted. You get two upstairs bedrooms, a living/dining room and full bathroom. I get the same downstairs and we share the common spaces. $1000 per month. Includes internet, electric, water, trash and sewer. House is ready any time after March 15.

This split-level house has 4 bedrooms (2 up/2 down), a full bathroom and living room on each floor. The "common spaces" include a nice kitchen, laundry room, garage (for storage), driveway (parking), porch and backyard (hanging out).

Basically, as housemates, we would each have our own floor in a great residential area. I love the location. Just steps from Addenbrooke Park (space for sports, play and picnicking), 2-miles to Belmar (shopping, dining, entertainment) and 15-minutes to Red Rocks or downtown Denver.

My ideal roommate is someone that is active, but not looking to rock-n-roll all night (and party every day). Hopefully, someone that is good person with a clear head, goals, ambitions, polite and pleasant.
