5 min walk from the N/W Broadway stop. Access to many great restaurants and bars and parks. There's a supermarket 5 min away and one opening up soon just down the block. Laundry 1 block away. I've lived here for 4 years and couldn't imagine leaving. It's been an incredible neighborhood to live in.

The apartment:
2 Bed, 1 Bath, large living room, big kitchen for NYC, 4th floor walk up (actually just 3 flights up). Your room will be unfurnished (currently the one w/ the blue couch). You have 2 doors, 1 to the kitchen and 1 to the living room. Your room is $1050 + utilities and internet. 420 friendly, LGBTQ friendly.

Me:
31 yr old female. I'm respectful, easygoing, quiet but friendly. Open to the occasional hang but also respectful of your space and privacy. I'm a professional video editor so I work from home about half of the week.

You:
Young professional. You're responsible, respectful and pay rent on time. You clean up after yourself and contribute to household chores. You don't bring the party home (guest friendly just give me a heads up when/how long you plan on having someone over). Values open communication and creating a chill, peaceful home.
