I moved to New York at the beginning of the year after graduating from college. I work at an advertisement firm in Manhattan, and one of my roommates just moved out.
I go to bed around 11 and usually wake up around 7. I am not around a lot, but I am around enough to be visible.
The other roommate's name is Lance, and he will be moving out at the end of May. He's a nice guy and also works at an advertisement firm.

We think Gage’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…

I am looking to sublet the upstairs room of my current apartment in South Park Slope.
Rent is $1550, and this includes a dishwasher. The washer and dryer that are shared between three other rooms in the building, but they are often open. Utilities are also included in this price, and it is month to month, although I would prefer someone to stay five months.
A male would be preferred. It's about 30-35 minutes to get mid NYC.
The apartment is furnished with couches, pots, pans plates etc. The only thing needed is the contents of the room, which is empty.
Rent: | $1,550 |
Address: | 212 21st Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA |
Type: | Townhouse |
Bedrooms: | 2 |
