Hi everyone. I am looking for a roommate to join me on the lease in a 2 bedroom 1 bath ($2200) in Long Island City, Queens. Move in date is September 1st. The apartment is bright and has large windows and a lot of natural light. The room is large enough for a bed, dresser, desk and more. Beautiful modern floors, appliances and fixtures in a newer building. Elevators and Laundry in building. LGBTQ friendly please.
The building is a 3 minute walk from Trader Joe’s and the Court Square station. 6 minutes from Target! 13 minutes to get to manhattan. I have a border collie dog (pictured). I work a hybrid schedule schedule, and go into the office 2-3 days a week. I’m 31 gay male who works in tech. I am looking for a clean, friendly and respectful housemate. I am laid back and outgoing.
