Rent is $1300 which includes your half if the utilities. 10X13 Room is unurnished with a walk-in closet and you style your bathroom as you like. There is laundry on site (scan QR code for the app), a tiny gym, pool and spa. I work from home so I'd prefer to not have a work from home roommate. I'm gone many hours over the weekends. $41 online app fee for background and credit check - per property management you must have a score of 630-650 and make $2500-$3000 per month to qualify. I'm laid back and keep to myself but I'd like to be friends or something like that with the person who moves in. Just looking for someone NORMAL who doesn't have strange quirks.
