I am a 40-yr old recently divorced working mom of two great kids, ages 10 and 11, of whom I have joint custody, along with two sweet, medium-sized rescued mutts. The kids and I would only occupy the apartment 1/2 of the time and can be flexible to offer a roommate their own room and bathroom if preferred. I could provide all furnishings or not. Community offers lots of luxury amenities including two heated pools and spas, two 24-hr gyms, multiple lounge/party/work spaces, game tables, fire pits, BBQs, two dog parks and pet wash area, bike storage.
