I’m Marshall from CA, currently living in Manhattan (Two Bridges area). Looking for an apartment and 1-2 roommates starting in early to mid May (sooner the better). Open to anywhere south of 96 street, south of Midtown even better. My budget range is $1500-$1800. I work in tech sales, like to travel when I have the time, swim, run and usually hang with friends/go to bars/watch sports on the weekend (loved watching my alma mater San Diego State have a great run during March madness). I’m very clean and would expect shared spaces would be like that with my roommate(s). Credit score 780. I’m pretty independent and like it quiet during the weeknights. Work remote so will most likely work in my room during the day.
