23 year old female looking to rent a room! I’m pretty tidy and quiet, but I am a musician (though I tend to practice with headphones on and it shouldn’t be a bother since my equipment can be quieted by plugging in~.

I work a full time job and tend to spend a lot of time with friends, so I wouldn’t be home super duper often other than sleeping, practicing, and other homely needs. I’m very friendly and cordial and love getting to know people, but can understand the need for quiet time and space :)
