The available room is the apartment’s primary/master suite, offering a private en-suite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, and large sliding glass doors that open directly onto an outdoor patio, bringing plenty of natural light into the bedroom. The room is semi-furnished, with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser expected to be available; exact furnishings will be confirmed before move-in. The shared living room is already furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everyday essentials!

About the Roommates:
You would be sharing the apartment with two clean, quiet female undergraduate students. We are looking for another female roommate who values a tidy, considerate home and a comfortable environment for studying and relaxing, but also enjoying the activities Miami has to offer! We do not currently have pets, but we do love animals.

Monthly Cost and Lease:
Rent for the room is $1,533 per month, plus approximately $100 per month toward water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and trash, bringing the estimated monthly total to $1,633. Additional monthly costs may vary with usage. The existing lease runs through the end of May 2027. There is the ability to extend the lease as well.
