About Me

Hello! We are seeking a third roommate for the upcoming year. This is the third year the two of us have lived in this apartment, so outside of your room everything is furnished! The apartment is a fifth floor walkup and has a roof with a gorgeous view. We’re literally a block away from the C train at 155th and 1 train at 157th (12 minute walk to ABCD at 145th). Nearby are fun coffee shops, bars, and Riverside Park.

The room currently fits a full sized bed, bookshelf, keyboard and dresser. It has one big window and a closet. Below are pictures of it furnished and unfurnished. Outside of the two other bedrooms, there’s a bathroom with a tub/shower, hall closet, and a kitchen that opens up into a sunny living and dining space.

Who you will be living with:

Alyssa: A 26-year-old actor/executive assistant who loves Shakespeare, improv, and dogs.

Siv: A 25-year-old musician/music teacher who loves Shostakovich, botanical gardens, and also dogs.

We are looking for:

A tidy and friendly mid/late 20s female/nb person who is able to sign on to a full year lease. In general, we are both very busy, but do enjoy hanging out in the common space at least once a week! We would love to live with someone who also likes a mixture of alone and social time, but ideally isn’t too far to one extreme. We are LGBTQ friendly and left leaning, and are looking for a roommate who is, too. For any other questions please ask!
