Im opening up the second bedroom in my brentwood apartment.
Its a true split layout, so youre not living on top of someone. The room is furnished, has a huge walk-in closet, and your own private bathroom with a separate vanity area (thats also private to you). It feels like your own space, not just a room in someone else's place.
The building is quiet and well-maintained. There's a gym (thats just been renovated), pool, jacuzzi and garden areas. Santa Monica and UCLA are about 3 miles away.
Rent is $2,000/month - this includes utilites and internet. Month-to-month is ok, so is a 6mo - 1 year lease. Totally up to you.
Lastly - females only. No pets. Non-smokers.
