Hello. I am looking to share a place with a female only. I am 52, and my pets are two very sweet cats. I work in a law firm in downtown Miami, and want to move closer to the office. I work all day, and on weekends am busy with friends, and if you want to join us; great :) I prefer peace and calm at home as office is stressful enough :) Responsible professional looking for a nice place to live with same to share expenses. Please feel free to ask me any questions :) After reading some of the profile questions, I just wanted to clarify that while I do enjoy hosting friends at my place for book club, game night, pizza, etc, if you do not want guests, we will socialize elsewhere. Also, I enjoy cooking, but not every night, and my work hours are noon to 8, so not typical 9 to 5 :) Overall, I am a laid back, flexible person.

Room for Rent in Luxury Condo in Sunny Isles

Hello, I would like to rent out a furnished room to a female for $800 a month in a luxury condo in Sunny Isles; on the Intracoastal, directly across from the beach. It has a queen sized bed and a long dresser with a mirror. We would share the common areas (everything is furnished). You will also have a walk-in closest. The condo building has laundry rooms on each floor. I have two very sweet cats, so you would need to like pets. My cats would have no access though to your room of course; only the common areas. Building has pool and gym. I am a friendly professional who wants to save on rental costs. I work full time, and spend a lot of time with my friends on the weekend; and, if you are looking to meet new people, you are welcome to join in the fun if you'd like :) If not, and you just want to be a friendly, respectful roommate, that is also fine.
