About Me

Hello. I am looking to share a place with a female only. I am 52, and my pets are two very sweet cats. I work in a law firm in downtown Miami, and want to move closer to the office. I work all day, and on weekends am busy with friends, and if you want to join us; great :) I prefer peace and calm at home as office is stressful enough :) Responsible professional looking for a nice place to live with same to share expenses. Please feel free to ask me any questions :) After reading some of the profile questions, I just wanted to clarify that while I do enjoy hosting friends at my place for book club, game night, pizza, etc, if you do not want guests, we will socialize elsewhere. Also, I enjoy cooking, but not every night, and my work hours are noon to 8, so not typical 9 to 5 :) Overall, I am a laid back, flexible person.

She has always been there for me during very difficult times, like the passing of my mom and illness of my child. Her heart welcomes everyone and her concern for people and animals iare qualities I love about her. She is responsible and a hard worker with everything you do! With all her amazing qualities as a person and friend she would make an awesome roommate.

Room for Rent in Luxury Condo in Sunny Isles

Hello, I would like to rent out a furnished room to a female for $800 a month in a luxury condo in Sunny Isles; on the Intracoastal, directly across from the beach. It has a queen sized bed and a long dresser with a mirror. We would share the common areas (everything is furnished). You will also have a walk-in closest. The condo building has laundry rooms on each floor. I have two very sweet cats, so you would need to like pets. My cats would have no access though to your room of course; only the common areas. Building has pool and gym. I am a friendly professional who wants to save on rental costs. I work full time, and spend a lot of time with my friends on the weekend; and, if you are looking to meet new people, you are welcome to join in the fun if you'd like :) If not, and you just want to be a friendly, respectful roommate, that is also fine. Happy to answer any questions you may have! I just switched phones, so will go home tonight, and take some pics of the place for you :)
