Looking to share rent with a low key quiet personality. 25-40 age range. Prefer non- smoker but will consider an outdoor smoker if necessary. I'm an introvert and my pet is a male cockatiel so searching for a space without cats or dogs. I currently reside in Wauwatosa. I am moderately neat but as long as shared spaces are kept fairly clean and I'm not primarily cleaning up after whoever I live with, I'm good. If it gets to a point I have to hire a maid, we won't be a good match. I earn enough to live on my own but I am trying to save up for a condo/house.
