Greetings,
Im interested in renting a room within the Atlanta area, for at least six months, with possibility of a year.
*It is important to me that the living space embodies a clean and secure atmosphere.*
My lease will be up July of this year (2023), and I would like to take the time to look around comfortably before my next move, as well as do a bit of traveling. Renting a room for that duration of time would afford me that. I work overnight and I’m also an online student, so majority of my time will be spent at my desk, at work.. or as mentioned, out of state or country.
I am definitely willing to speak openly/negotiate about room/utility pricing, as I am looking to provide mutual relief and simplification financially for both myself and the individual I’d be sharing space with. If this is an alignment of your interest,
