I am a 23-year-old guy from Maryland originally looking for 1-2ish roommates. I went to undergrad at Johns Hopkins where I studied Political Science and Sociology and played baseball. Graduated in 2020. I've lived in the Upper Westside with a couple of roommates previously.

I am working at NYU so something with a decent commute to 1 Washington Square would be ideal. Very laid back and accommodating. I like to keep things pretty clean, but am not gonna sweat it if you're more relaxed with things. I enjoy working out, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. Have a pretty good size social circle in the city so if you want to meet new people happy to introduce you, but can also entertain myself if you'd rather do your own thing. I don't have any pets but totally cool if you do. Friendly to all gender identities and sexualities. My work schedule is hybrid so I'll probably be WFH a day or two a week. Vaxxed Boosted etc.

Aiming to move in by early March. Any length of lease is fine.
