I am renting a spacious, furnished, affordable bedroom in my friendly apartment set in a great location in the Bronx. The rent is $970 and all utilities are included in the rent. Available for immediate rental. Female preferred.
About the room:
The room is large and is fully furnished. It has a queen-size bed, dresser, two closets and two windows, which allow in great natural light. It can comfortably fit a couch and a desk.

My large apartment is located in a secure building that is just one block away from the B/D Train Subway Station (174-175 Street Station) for access to the west side of Manhattan and three blocks away from the 4 Train Mt. Eden Subway Station for easy access to the east side of Manhattan. Columbus Circle is just a 25-minute commute. There are several fast food chains (Chipotle, Popeyes, McDonald’s, KFC, Wendy’s, Burger along, Dunkin’ Donuts), Spanish restaurants, African grocery stores, 4 supermarkets and several bodegas within walking distance of the apartment building. There is also a park, hospital, library, Planet Fitness and local community center that has a swimming pool within walking distance. Great location!

The apartment is an oldie but goodie in that it has large and spacious bedrooms and living room. It has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment so you won’t have to lug all of your laundry to a laundromat!
You will be sharing the apartment with me, a female in her early 40’s and a young woman in her mid 20’s. We are both friendly, mature, clean and respectful. We are looking for someone who is mature, clean, respectful and will not bring frequent overnight guests. We like to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment and are in search of a roommate who enjoys peace and tranquility at home.
