We are looking for one person to stay at our 3-bed / 2-bath apartment (the place also has an extra guest/office room) with an in-unit washer and dryer in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, available NOW until late July 25.

The apartment is on a quiet, gorgeous block within 5 min of the C/G and 10 min to Atlantic Terminal. There are many cute restaurants and bars around the area. The room receives great light, has a closet, is furnished with a full bed and desk, an AC, and shares a bathroom with one other person. Rent is $1,900 plus utilities.

We are two working professionals (female, early and mid-30s) who are friendly, easygoing, and like spending quality time together over good food and drinks when possible (but also value our time alone). We work remotely from home, and our third roommate joins us in late August. We both value a clean, respectful place and open communication and want to craft a shared home that's cozy.
