We are looking for someone to take over the lease for a private room in our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment (plus an extra guest/office room, so technically 4 br) with in-unit washer and dryer in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn from November.

The lease runs through the end of June 2026 and can be renewed after that.

Rent: $2,100/month + utilities
Deposit: $2,100
Furniture share (shared space furniture+ bedroom AC): $1000

The apartment is on a quiet, beautiful block just 5 minutes from the C/G trains and 10 minutes to Atlantic Terminal. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The room gets a lot of natural light, has a closet, a radiator heater, and an in-room AC unit (included as part of the furniture).

You’ll share a bathroom with one male roommate. The two roommates would be: Female professional (hybrid schedule) and Male student

We keep the apartment clean, respectful, and friendly. It’s a cozy, communicative home where everyone values both social time and personal space.
