Hi there, my name is Lauren. You would be living w/ myself & my dog Kayle who is a very sweet and calm well behaved pet. I’m an art teacher & would love to have another professional like-minded person living with me. Someone who is a flight attendant or traveling nurse would be a great fit for me but either way you must be able to pass a background check.

Just looking for a responsible adult who is considerate, cleanly, & pays rent on time. I am very laid back & in my 30’s. The rent is $1150 a month + utilities which will be split. Internet is included at no charge. $1150 security deposit is required.

My home is in a beautiful townhouse community located next to a park which includes multiple playgrounds & dog parks, tennis & basketball courts, & baseball fields. There is a pool & community center building. My unit is very desirable with a very large family-dining room with new wood flooring and a wood burning fireplace. Newly designed kitchen with all new self-closing Shaker cabinetsand granite counter tops. Kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances including new washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in all rooms as well as all windows and sliding doors have been replaced and include screens. The bedrooms are large with large sized closets. We have a private and secluded patio. Some of the pictures attached are before the renovation and some are after.

I prefer someone who doesn’t have a pet as pet integration is not always ideal. No cigarettes please, no access to garage but there is a private parking bay right in front of my unit.

Townhome major cross streets: Bethany Home Rd and Highway 17. There is lots of nearby shopping & food as well as the Christown Spectrum Shopping Plaza.
