-- The Cat: Kimba (12yo). Very chill and friendly with new people, enjoys cuddling and pats. I have a Litter-Robot (truly no smell!). Doesn't have any quirks or difficulties.

What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a low-key environment. I keep things tidy and would love a roommate who feels similarly about common spaces. I’m an introvert with extroverted tendencies. I'd enjoy chatting, sharing dinner, or going for a boba run sometimes. I value my downtime and would like someone who feels the same!

House Rules:
I’m very flexible with "normal" life (music, guests, cooking), but I’m looking for a professional environment where having parties or lots of guests over isn't the norm.

Non-negotiable: 2 bathrooms! No other pets - Kimba doesn't like other cats. Some dogs could be okay, but generally it's best if she's the only pet. Perfect if you wanna be a cool cat auntie.
