I’m looking for a roommate(s) to apartment shop and move in with. Here’s some info:

Timeframe: Looking to move in mid September - Early October. Fairly flexible on this but can’t move until at least mid September

Location: Quieter areas with transportation to center city (can be somewhere in center city too). Seriously considering Manyunk

House Info: looking for a townhome or standalone house with a fenced backyard (doesn’t have to be big) for my dog

Budget: About $1000-$1,200 per person (a bit flexible)

Type of Roommate I’m looking for:

- Has no pets but not afraid of dogs (I have a decent sized mutt!)

- keeps common spaces clean

-20-35ish yrs old

- LGBTQ (or just LGBTQ friendly and super cool) and anti-racist

-Would like to be friends!! (Optional)

-stable income/financially responsible

Type of Roommate I Am:

- will be working a 9-5 :/

- I like trying recipes and am happy to share some with you!

- Love to spend time outdoors

- Love watching movies/shows and reading books and and discussing them with people

-I draw occasionally and sew maybe once a year lol

-will occasionally go to bars or clubs just to say that I did🕺

-420 friendly (but I don’t smoke)

-would like to get into cosplay more!
