Looking for a human to share a beautiful apartment with a balcony and views directly overlooking Commons Park (built-in serotonin, top-tier people watching, and ideal picnic territory). The space is bright, cozy, and tastefully decorated—like an adult lives here, but a fun one. There’s a big open kitchen and living area perfect for cooking, hanging out, or getting competitive with Wii tennis.

You’ll have your own private room with park views (trees included, no extra charge), a large closet, and your own bathroom featuring both a shower and a soaking tub ideal for bath bombs, and existential thoughts. In-unit washer and dryer because we believe in convenience and one extremely cute French bulldog who runs the household and accepts payment in attention.

The complex itself has a gym for that new routine, a rooftop pool and hot tub for your “I deserve this” days, and a clubhouse with bar games for when you’re feeling social.

Basically: great space, great amenities, great dog. You just bring your rent and a decent personality.

Rent includes all utilities and wifi but DOES NOT include any parking or additional storage fees.
