I'm a lab manager (soon-to-be PhD student) at Columbia Business School. I'm looking to move in around August, and would like to live in Harlem, ideally not more than 15-minute walk from campus.

I'm not sure how busy I'll be with my program, but I'll probably working a lot of the time. When I'm not, I think I'm generally pretty easy to get along with. I like reading, playing games, and working out. I am quite clean in shared spaces, but happy to establish chore wheels etc. Also happy not to! I drink occasionally, don't smoke (though I don't care how much you drink or smoke) and may occasionally have a few friends over.

Having access to transit is really important to me, so ideally I'd find an apartment around the ABCD trains.
