Large Private Loft in a Bright Apartment

My girlfriend and I moved into a large sunny 3 bedroom apartment but since broken up. As such, I need to find a roommate. The apartment has 3 floors with an amazingly large living and dinning room with floor to ceiling windows (which are the other photos). My bedroom and office are on the bottom floor so won’t ever hear me working. The top floor has a loft office, large bedroom with two closets (which is the first photo), ensuite bathroom and balcony. There is an additional storage space on the middle floor.

The building has GoogleWebPass so amazingly fast internet and WiFi. A cleaning lady comes every other week. There is a parking space that isn’t being used. The kitchen as well as living and dining rooms are more than workable. There is a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer in the apartment.
