We have set up a mini apartment of 720 sqft designed with independent entrance for a single person or couple who wants to have an apartment at an affordable price.
The apartment has a kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, stove and microwave), washer and dryer, one room and one bathroom.
The apartment is at the last phase of construction but I will provide a picture so you can see how it's turning up.
