Hi, future roommate! The basics: I'm 22, clean, pre-med working in NYU clinical research, don't smoke/do drugs, and pet friendly. I'm hoping for my home to be a cozy safe space to retreat after work. I will probably wake up around 7am, make my morning tea, go to work from 9-5, make dinner at home, then study for the MCAT/prep for medical school applications. I'm quite the busy bee, but I love getting to know the people around me and would love to become good friends with my roommate! I'd love to play board games, sip tea together, watch movies, and maybe even host cutesie friend get-togethers every now and then. I also have a boyfriend who might stay over some nights (he's also a Stanford grad and very respectful), but I am very good with boundaries - we'll establish them beforehand and I'll be mindful of them. While in college, I've lived in tiny one room doubles with roommates and have never once had a conflict - I take pride in being pretty chill to live with lol. One last thing about me is I LOVE the holidays so (if I'm not too busy) I'd love to decorate for the seasons to make the apartment cozy and fun - maybe a few mini pumpkins here and a small Christmas tree there.
