It has easy access to downtown, Cap Hill, Cherry Creek, and Anschutz Medical Center. Rose Medical Campus is also just seconds away. The condo has real hardwood floors throughout and has carpet in each bedroom. There is an upgraded kitchen. The condo comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a private balcony.
