My home is a two story townhome with a roommate floor plan on the second story. The room has a full bathroom with linen closet and a walk in closet. It is currently furnished, but the furniture can be removed. I appreciate an artsy and witchy aesthetic, so the house is creatively decorated. I also have two assigned parking spaces right out front. I am willing to consider a renter with a dog on a case by case basis and with a pet deposit. No cats, as unfortunately, I am highly allergic to them. The rent includes water, sewer and trash, but gas, electric and internet will be additional.
