I have recently bought this 5 bedroom, 2 full bath single family home and am looking for great people to live in it! Fantastic location - just a couple of blocks away is the Savin Hill T Station on the red line, a few streets further and you are on the water at Malibu Beach. The house features spacious rooms, hardwood floors and off-street parking for three cars. An office renovation has just been completed to help those who are faced with working at home during this time.
Amenities include:
-Individual Ductless mini-split heating and air conditioning units in every room
-Well equipped kitchen with three fridges and pantry storage
-Fully furnished communal living areas
-Yoga space, gym & spin bike room with 65" monitor
