We are currently looking for a third roommate to join us in our apartment on the Upper East Side at The Crossing. It’s a spacious, well-furnished second-floor unit, offering great value for the price.
The building complex includes complimentary laundry facilities, a newly renovated gym, and a common area lounge with amenities like a pool table, comfortable sofas and tables for working from home. The apartment itself features a full kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large television.
The location is also excellent:
• A 7-minute walk to the 96th Street Q Train station
• A 15-minute walk to Central Park
• A 10-minute walk across the footbridge to Randall’s Island
