Hi! My name is Luciana, I’m 21 years old and currently a student at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. I recently bought this beautiful, new home in St. Cloud and I’m looking for 3 respectful, clean, and easygoing women to share it with.

I’m very school-focused, quiet, and enjoy a peaceful, cozy living space. I’m hoping to find like-minded roommates who are friendly, independent, and considerate of shared spaces.

• Clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom
• No smoking or drugs of any kind in or around the home
• No pets allowed
• Overnight guests are okay occasionally, but please give a heads up and keep it respectful
• Quiet hours after 10 PM on weeknights to respect everyone’s schedules
• Shared chores are expected to keep the home tidy and comfortable for everyone
