I'm a student and a barista, so my work schedule can vary quite a bit from week to week, and I am out of the house often. That said, I am a relatively quiet person, and spend most of the time that I do spend at home listening to music, doing hobbies, and reading. I like keeping to myself but can be (and enjoy being) really sociable once I'm comfortable. I own a cat and keep a bunch of plants around. I like to live very cleanly, but I'm not uptight about anything. I don't smoke, party, or do any drugs, but I don't judge anybody who does as long as boundaries can be respected.

Property is ideally located right on the katy trail, offering a highly walkable (pet friendly) community with easy access to many restaurants and bars, as well as grocery stores and other shopping, outdoor parks, and downtown Dallas in general. Onsite amenities included laundry facilities, a pool, a gym, and valet trash service.
The unit is on the ground floor and near the entrance to the complex and leasing office (property is gated). Functioning AC and heating. Unit is partially furnished (with the things I have). The rent statement each month includes the utilities, so there is no dealing with any third parties as regards that. There's no internet, but there is a Starbucks a fives minuets' walk away. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
