Welcome to our beautiful home in the sky in Dolores Heights (in between Castro and Mission). Located near the 33 bus, J Muni line and Church Market muni stop; 15 mins walk away from the Mission; 5 mins walk away from Dolores Park.
Amenities: Easy street parking. Private street. Spacious shared living spaces with fireplace. Epic view of SF. Washer and dryer, dishwasher included in unit.
Not included in rent: Utilities: $50-90 a month depending on usage. Garbage charged every 3 months.
Room Available: Master Bedroom complete with two closets (1 is a walk in closet that leads to the private bathroom with dual entrance). The private bath has one bath tub/shower and an additional standing shower. Price: $1875 per month. Move in cost= deposit of $1875 + 1 months rent. Total: $3750

D- mid-twenties CIS female and in sales at San Francisco startup. Extroverted, fun and conscious. Has been dancing for over a decade and loves going anywhere she can dance. Studied abroad in Paris for 5 months and loves curating great experiences from engaging content to cool events. Having graduated from Scripps College for women in 2015 she cares deeply about women's, gender and African American issues. Values empathy and self awareness and is practicing become more conscious and centered through meditation. Her and her boyfriend and their dog son Enzo (living at his dad's apartment in Nob Hill) can be found any day of the week leaving the house to go on a long walk around the city.

Responsible, positive, conscious roommate, who is down to create a household that is a community. Loves to being comfortable at home but also has an active lifestyle with a full time out of home job and an understanding friend circle. Someone who is very transparent, worldly, woke, open and comfortable with themselves and others is who we're looking for! There is a dog occasionally at the house, but he's very friendly and only there at most a couple nights a month.
House vibes: Fun and transparent! Have a good time, love to have people over and also have frequent alone or down time. We have people over and host parties occasionally over, but we are not the party house. Honesty and transparency and conscious open communication are highly valued.
Must haves: 420-friendly but not excessive. A good mix of at the house and out of the house. Being woke, mature, progressive and empathetic are musts.
Must nots: No dogs or couples, or heavy drinking/drug use or intense party schedule
Communication Style: Open and transparent, takes responsibility for actions, is not passive and is a great communicator and listener, is very conscious, self-aware and genuinely positive and comfortable to be around.
