Hi there! I'm a professional software developer currently working from home due to the Covid outbreak. I'm a huge nerd and love playing board games, D&D, video games, watching anime... the whole shebang. I can be quite messy living on my own (especially with no visitors) but when I'm with someone else I'm very clean.
I'm generally very quiet - especially in a crowd. When I get to know you better I can talk your ear off though.

Available Room for Rent
Fully furnished room in Alexandria, lots of room and a common area
Room has a queen sized bed, nightstand, closet and full bathroom, with lots of space to add your own personal items and furniture.
I have a washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, and smart AC.
I currently don't have cable and I'm not particularly interested in getting it, I feel like I've got enough with streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Crunchyroll). If you wanted to get cable you'd have to pay for it yourself.
I currently have a PS4, XBox 1, and a Switch (along with older-gen consoles) in the common area, and I'm planning on getting the PS5 and XBSX as they become readily available.
My condo is nonsmoking inside or outside. Drugs are on a case-by-case basis.
I have a cat who is very friendly (after initial "getting to know you" phase). If you own a cat or a caged animal you can bring them.
Rent is a flat cost which includes everything, no changes month-to-month for the term of the lease.
If you are actively working towards a degree I'm willing to negotiate a lower rent.
I own my condo. If anything breaks or you have a concern I'm right here to address it (and it'll probably be impacting me too). It also lets me be very flexible with our agreements.
